Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most international destinations.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Orders $0 – $60 → $10 shipping fee
    • Orders $60 and above → Free Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Orders $0 – $99.99 → $20 expedited shipping fee
    • Orders $100 and above → Free Expedited Shipping


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Gladdress is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.
